Will be POTA at US-1211 Castlewood Canyon State Park. Times are approximate as I have another ham related event in the morning.

I will start at 8:00 then work for 1 plus hours take a break and start again at 10:00 and continue that pattern for most of the day.

Operating from POTA US-0921, Dinosaur Nat'l Monument, for a few hours.

I plan to operate fixed from Phillips County, approximately 14:00 - 18:00 MDT (20:00 - 23:59 UTC). If the CW slows down I'll try some SSB. Station is capable of 700 watts which I usually run about 350.

I will be operating from an rv park near Lake City. My antenna is an endfed wire 55 feet long and I will be running 100 watts out of a Kenwood TS-890SG. Please bear with me as this has never really been a great location!

The Weld Amateur Radio Society will be on the air for the Colorado QSO Party 🥳 🎉 using special event called sign W0C.
We will operate for three or four hours on Saturday. Our operation will be mostly phone on 20 m but will try 15, 6, and 2 meter FM as well. Some of our operators have been learning CW and our goal will be to make a few contacts using Morse code.
